Terms and Conditions: 20% deposit required upon scheduling, balance due (15) days prior to event. (30) days prior notice required for cancelation or deposit will be retained. All participants must complete Force Center online waiver prior to arrival. User must provide certificate of insurance.
To request any refund or cancelation, an email stating the reason for refund must be sent to Information@forcecenterusa.com
Once your refund or cancellation is processed, we will send you an email to notify the refund has been initiated. Refunds will be processed and a credit, minus the allotted fee, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
If you did not receive your refund, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
